The “Nutri-Quiz” contest (hereafter called the “Contest”) ends January 31, 2011, and is divided into 12 participation periods of on month.

To be eligible, you must ensure that you have fully completed the online quiz at the address www.nutri-quiz.com, including your personal information, no later than the last day of each period. All quiz results become the property of Danone. Danone reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest at any time. Answers to the quiz may be subject to verification. Contestants agree to abide by the Contest rules.

To participate in the Contest and have the chance to win, simply complete the quiz online at www.nutri-quiz.com and provide all the personal information requested. You can participate every day to increase your chances.

Contest entries must be received no later than the end of each period, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

One (1) Danone gift certificate valued at $100 and five (5) Danone gift certificates valued at $20 for each of the 12 periods. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. If for any reason the prize cannot be rewarded as described in these rules, Danone reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value or terminate the Contest at any time.

Prized will be awarded in 6 random draws for each of the 12 periods (for a total of 72 draws).

Danone does not accept entries by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a selected contestant cannot be contacted within five (5) working days, or does not meet all the conditions stated herein, another winner will be selected among the other eligible contestants. This promotional offer is open to all residents of Canada except employees of Danone and of its advertising and promotion agencies, members of their immediate families and any person residing with one of the above-mentioned persons.

Participants under age 18 are eligible to win the prizes described, provided that the winner’s parents accept the prize in the winner’s name. To claim the prize, the winning participant or, if he/she has not yet reached majority age, his/her parent or legal guardian must a) correctly answer, without aid, a prescribed mathematical question and b) sign a standard exemption form confirming acceptance of and compliance with the Contest rules, and releasing Danone, its affiliated entities and stakeholders in the company, as well as all administrators, managers, employees and promotion and advertising agencies of any responsibility relating directly or indirectly to this Contest, including promotion, or relating to the acceptance and use of the prize as awarded.

Chances of winning. Chances of winning depend on the total number of Contest entries received. This Contest is governed by federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

In Quebec, any dispute concerning the conduct or organization of a promotional contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any dispute concerning the awarding of a prize can be referred to the Régie solely for the purpose of helping the parties reach an agreement.

By entering the Contest, each contestant agrees that his/her name, city name, photograph, voice recording, or videotaped image may be used for promotional purposes in any medium available to Danone, without payment or other remuneration. Only the winning contestant will be contacted by e-mail.
